Our flock of ewes is made up of Métis, Thônes, Marthod and Bizet ewes, all small breeds.

In order to increase the biodiversity of our meadows and limit parasites, our ewes are grazed on a rotational basis. They spend between one and three days on fenced plots according to their needs, and return after a minimum of 30 days.

Our lambs are grass-fed, with no cereals or pellets; they graze all their lives, and never receive pellets. Our animals are treated with plants, essential oils, homeopathy and osteopathy.

We practice organic farming and respect the charter of the Nature et Progrès Federation, for our health and that of the Earth.
