Zébrures - Les Echappés.es

As part of a residency at the Maison des auteurs through a partnership with the French Institute of Senegal, Patherson is developing his writing project, *Les Échappées*, a monologue that explores the intersection of slam poetry, African oral traditions, and contemporary dramatic writing.

The artist shares the work-in-progress of this new text during the Les Zébrures festival and at the conclusion of his residency in Limoges. For this occasion, he is accompanied by Serge Tamas, a musician trained in jazz and bossa nova composition, whose music is a synthesis of classical music, jazz, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms.
