The Limoges Court of Appeals will host “La Nuit du Droit,” focusing on the theme “A Multidisciplinary Approach to Sexual Violence in Sports.”
On the agenda:
? Opening remarks by the presiding judges, Ma%EEtre LACHAUME, and Professor DUDOGNON;
? Mock trial: reenactment of a hearing before the disciplinary committee of a sports federation, concerning a case of sexual violence committed by a person in a position of authority over the victim;
? Perspectives from various stakeholders: attorneys, judges from the judicial and administrative branches, academics, and a member of the French Tennis Federation.
