A show in the form of a love letter to the French chanson repertoire.
Le%EFla Huissoud explores the repertoire that has been a constant in her life: the French chanson. In this new duo performance, she will cover songs by various songwriters, putting her own spin on the songs that have lulled her to sleep, shaped her, or even sometimes led her astray... Above all, she will respond to each of these covers with an original composition as a sort of “right of reply.”
The idea is simple: to react, converse, give thanks, and bridge eras and genres.
The idea is simple: to remind us that words are bridges capable of connecting everything.
The idea is simple: relationships are complicated, but what could be more important?
