Au fil de l'eau

This beautiful loop invites you to follow the flow of water through the landscapes of the Pays des Feuillardiers. Between cool undergrowth, sunken lanes and typical hamlets, the route alternates between gentleness and the discovery of rural heritage.

Starting from the village of Les Cars, famous for the remains of its castle and its lantern of the dead, the trail crosses the hamlet of Le Breuil, then leads to the mysterious Bonne Fontaine, a legendary spring renowned for its healing properties.

The walk continues to the source of the Dronne, symbolized by a stone. This emblematic river originates here before winding its way towards the Dordogne and Gironde rivers.

Nature is omnipresent along the way, a soothing immersion in the heart of the Limousin.
