Departing from the town hall, this trail requires a good level of fitness. A trail of natural and scenic interest, with numerous views over the Limousin countryside and the Taurion river. Typical Limousin hamlets such as Chantegros, Trézin and Entrecolles dot the route.

The mountain biking area offers 19 circuits (405 km in all) for families and sports enthusiasts alike. They vary in difficulty (1 green, 6 blue, 10 red, 2 black, including 1 circuit with a 1500 m vertical drop and 1 circuit 93 km long) and are almost 25 km long and 15 km wide. Departures from ELAN communes, with panoramic views of the circuits. 2 chalets with sanitary facilities at Jonas (Ambazac) and Les Bordes (Jabreilles les Bordes).
