Itinerary with no particular difficulty, starting from Domaine du Muret. Suitable for all the family. A fun trail with a stream crossing and an unusual discovery amidst the fragrant essences of the Limousin forest. The dolmen de la Lieue is an ancient funerary vestige located on a once-frequented ridge route. Containing flints and bones, it was one of the richest in the Haute-Vienne region.

The mountain-biking area offers 19 circuits (405 km in all) for families and sports enthusiasts alike. They vary in difficulty (1 green, 6 blue, 10 red, 2 black, including 1 circuit with a 1500 m vertical drop and 1 circuit 93 km long) and are almost 25 km long and 15 km wide. Departures from ELAN communes, with panoramic views of the circuits. 2 chalets with sanitary facilities at Jonas (Ambazac) and Les Bordes (Jabreilles les Bordes).
