Circuit (unmarked) created with the help of Monsieur Raymond Poulidor in 2014. We'd like to thank him for the time he spent recounting his rides and hours of training through our hills and valleys! This tour takes you along little-traveled roads to discover the Maulde Valley, between small gorges and wide landscapes, starting from the cycling champion's adopted town, Saint-Léonard de Noblat. Winner of 189 races, including the prestigious Milan-San-Remo, Vuelta, Grand Prix des Nations, Paris-Nice, Flèche Wallone and Critérium du Dauphiné, Poupou has never won the Tour de France in 14 participations, despite 8 podium finishes and 7 stage victories, remaining the "eternal runner-up" but first in the hearts of the French! What a route!
