L'Éphémère is a 35 m² self-contained gîte opening onto a small garden. It is located in a quiet area of Limoges, near the Domaine Universitaire de la Borie. It's a 10-minute walk from the city center, close to the Bernardaud porcelain factory and a 15-minute drive from the martyred town of Oradour sur Glane.

You'll be able to plan your leisure activities while enjoying the peace and quiet of the cottage.

The cottage has a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room, a living room and a bedroom (bed 140x190).

Katia will be delighted to welcome you and provide you with all the comforts you need for your stay (TV, free WiFi, radio, courtesy tray, mini-oven, fridge, crockery, hotplates, hairdryer, hygiene products...)

Breakfasts can be sweet or savory, as requested, and products are either homemade or carefully selected.
