Gîte de Forge Basse

The Forge Basse gîte, surrounded by 10 hectares of land facing a pond (1 hectare), is located in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin regional nature park. An ideal place for nature and animal lovers, you'll meet dogs, cats and farm animals, the friendly guardians of the estate (pigs, Guinea geese, chickens and ducks of various origins). In a friendly atmosphere of exchange and sharing, the hosts will be happy to show you around their permaculture farm. The gîte comprises: on the first floor, a living room with sofa bed, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom overlooking the pond, a bathroom and a dry toilet. To respect the site, please do not use any cleaning or hygiene products other than those supplied in the organic welcome pack.
