15 minutes south of Limoges, close to the village of Solignac, famous for its abbey and the Briance river, Leygat overlooks the valley. An old barn has been renovated into a house and two independent gîtes. They are surrounded by 8 hectares of private landscaped parkland, with 4 km of footpaths extending off-road to Solignac (1 km). A heated swimming pool (12 x 6 m), open from June to September depending on weather conditions, is shared between each home. Large 74 m² games room with fireplace.
