- American-style kitchen with sink, dishwasher, two induction hobs, microwave, small oven/grill, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, pressure cooker, all cooking utensils and crockery.

- Two double bedrooms (one on the mezzanine floor -ch2-), each with en-suite shower room and separate WC

- One single bedroom.
