Jardin Jane Limousin

The Jane Limousin park was designed in the 1930s by the estate's owner, Jane Limousin. It consists of two parts: an arboretum featuring rare species of trees from all over the world, and a formal garden with characteristic symmetry.

The masterly French or classical garden, featuring a raised terrace, pathways running from a single center to amplify perspectives, geometrically trimmed boxwoods known as "topiaries", flowerbeds and a green theater.

The liberated garden, with its English-style landscaping that plays with nature, water features, winding paths, a few copses of trees and bushes, vast grassy areas and a few architectural elements whose sole purpose is decorative, such as gazebos or flower arbors.
