La Cité des Insectes

A not-to-be-missed event in the Limousin region, La Cité des insectes, a museum and gardens set in unspoilt surroundings, reveals the fascinating and little-known world of insects during surprising tours. Its mission: to awaken your awareness of this fauna essential to the planet's ecological balance. Sustainable development is at the heart of the site's concerns, as it seeks to draw inspiration from nature to create a world in balance.

On the program: treasure hunts and "family moments" with live insect handling and insect tasting, a cabinet of curiosities, the discovery of over 15,000 specimens, a giant cricket, anthills, a vivarium, and much more!
