Baignade au plan d'eau de Jonas - Ambazac

During the summer months, swimming is authorized and supervised by 2 lifeguards on this 22-hectare lake located below the Monts d'Ambazac, on the outskirts of the town. This free leisure activity is open to all generations and all publics. The site also features a campsite, an interpretation trail (history of the pond and its flora and fauna), a hiking trail around the lake, a sports course (8 apparatus), a mountain bike base (19 marked circuits), grassed play areas, fishing and dry toilets. The Ambazac town hall organizes free cultural events throughout the summer: 04-07 puppet show on water, 11-07 Queen cover concert, 25-07 and 15-08 open-air cinema, 26-07 fireworks and festive market, 08-08 concert by Mokhtar from Rennes, 29-08 karaoke.
