Théophile Vanderf makes sourdough bread, brioches and focaccia. Country, seed, wholemeal and white breads. All flours used are local and organically grown. Direct sales on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at the Ane et Carotte farm in Champagnac la Rivière.
