The farm?s 2 betuliculturists, Béatrice and Geoffrey, take particular care in harvesting, preserving and processing birch sap. It's a close collaboration with Mother Nature. She gives us wonderful gifts to which we add a little magic.

That's why the theme of our work is: "From nature to your body".

Our magician, Geoffrey "the Alchemist", creates strange and above all unique blends using the 100% natural and organic ingredients we have on the farm. His know-how is built and developed through experimentation. He tries, tastes, innovates, and shares his world through his infusions, soaps and teas.
