Come and enjoy traditional dishes in this bistro-style restaurant. Daily menu, with choice of starter, main course and dessert or starter/main course or main course/dessert or main course on its own.

Wide choice of starters (terrine de cul noir, salmon gravlax, calf's head and tongue salad with gribiche sauce, etc.), main courses (veal kidneys à la paysanne, sweetbread puff pastry with oyster mushrooms, etc.) and à la carte desserts. The menu is renewed every 5 to 6 weeks.

The Bistrot de l'Aiguille is open from 8:30/9am every morning, Monday to Saturday, for an early morning coffee!
