Le Versailles, 90 years of quality

We'd love to have tested it 90 years ago to prove the quality of the establishment over the years, but we'll trust its longevity. So 90 years on, we went to (re)test the restaurant Le Versailles, Place d?Aine in Limoges.

The Parisian brasserie spirit is very much in evidence, and the warm ambience combined with the quality of service and produce make you want to come back again and again. At lunchtime, we took the basic menu, which was rich in culinary discoveries. So we can't wait to come back and taste the restaurant's more elaborate and gourmet dishes.

Le Versailles is an old-fashioned brasserie where the codes of the restaurant highlight gastronomy and, more particularly, Limousin meat.
