Jérôme Tisserand, Benoît Fouillaud and Tom Parinet have created an establishment that combines quality and conviviality. "The menu is extremely lively. It changes every day. The chef?s inspiration comes from the products of the moment, found in the markets. The trio also took charge of the decor.
