Le b?uf à la mode is a restaurant-boucherie and as the chef says: "All our products are selected with great care. Our cattle are at least 8 years old to bring you the tastiest, most tender meat. Our veal is raised with its mother, as are our free-range lambs. All our dishes are homemade, using fresh produce from local suppliers.
