Akoda ft Geraldine Laurent - Festival Éclats d'Émail 2026

The Eclats D’Email Jazz Edition has been following pianist, composer, and singer Valérie Chane Tef for many years (she was invited to perform as part of the “Talents du Jazz de Nouvelle-Aquitaine” in 2020). This is once again the very essence of a festival: building a long-term relationship with its audience so they can appreciate an artist’s work and artistic vision. Blending Creole and Caribbean rhythms with improvisation, this group went on to tour extensively, performing at numerous concerts and festivals. Several albums chronicle this journey and these enthusiastic, authentic musical adventures. Since 2025, the group has returned—much to our delight—and claims “the signature sound of a fusion between jazz and Creole ballads: powerful, visceral, immediate.”
