Atelier modelage - silence, on tourne !

The Atelier-musée de la Terre offers wheel-throwing courses for adults (aged 16 and over) in collaboration with a local ceramist

in collaboration with a local ceramist. Classes are held in two sessions, on Mondays and Wednesdays, or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3pm to 5pm. Places are limited to 4, so register as soon as possible. The first session is dedicated to turning. You'll learn how to beat the clay to de-air it, use the lathe, then center and mount your piece. The second session is dedicated to turning. Once the pieces have had time to dry a little, it's time to shape the foot, refine the walls and create the sculpted decorations you desire.
