Journées du Patrimoine - Visite du château et de sa grange médiévale
Come and visit a fully furnished chateau, inhabited on a daily basis, and a magnificent medieval barn.
In the Château (built in 1484 by Jehan de Brie and once owned by the Mirabeau family), you'll discover a magnificent keep with its cross vaulted ceiling, the Poet's Room, the Renaissance dining room and the magnificent stuccoed 19th-century salon. We'll tell you the story of these rooms, some of the furniture and the people who lived in them.
In the park, a former medieval garrison building, now transformed into a Limousin barn, will amaze you with its superb framework, turrets and firing posts.
4? Salon des Artisans du Patrimoine in the medieval barn. A number of craftspeople will be demonstrating their skills. Lots of entertainment for young and old.
