The Belarusian author conductedEAt%E9 with women who participated in World War II, each of whom, in her own way, fought alongside Soviet forces against the German invasion. At that time, Russia was still the USSR. These young women came from Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine and were on the front lines of the conflict. Set in a strikingly realistic communal apartment, the ten actresses bring these untold and captivating stories to life.
