Les enfants de Madame Massu

This film tells the story of how Suzanne Massu, the wife of the famous General Jacques Massu, took in and repatriated to France Algerian children who were victims of the conflict. Torn from their homeland, these children had to leave everything behind to be raised as “true French people.” This forced journey raises many questions about identity, memory, and the passing down of heritage.
