Limouzi Film Festival

International festival dedicated to cinema about the countryside. Another look at rural life. Filmmakers, artists and audiences explore new ways of telling stories, creating and sharing. Cinema invites itself to the countryside, where creativity can breathe, and ideas can mingle with conviviality to promote all forms of expression that explore the rural world.

By establishing itself in the Limousin region, the festival shows that rural areas can also be cultural centers in their own right. Territorial anchorage becomes a strength: the countryside offers a convivial atmosphere, atypical venues and a curious public who enthusiastically bring the festival to life.

Meetings with filmmakers, debates on the place of the countryside in the cultural imagination, and screenings of selected films will punctuate these days, open to exchange and reflection. Awards ceremony to celebrate the winning
