In the show *My Best Friend*, we see the challenges of riding a bike, the temptation of surprises, the theft of cookies, and games of hide-and-seek. The heart of the story unfolds around the time of the picnic.
Inspired by the adventures of Oscar and Albert—*Albert Learns to Ride a Bike* and *Oscar and Albert: The Mystery of the Missing Cookies*—novels written and illustrated by Chris Naylor-Ballesteros.
The show remains faithful to the character traits of the author’s picture book characters: Oscar is lively, quick to react, and talks fast, while Albert is warm, round, and always smiling.
