Zébrures - Chemin Forgeant
A man asks himself questions. Or rather, he struggles, moves forward, and veers off course, driven by what has shaped him and what he is still striving to become. *Chemin forgeant* is the story of an intimate and political journey, where childhood memories, family legacies, and the upheavals of the world intertwine. From the Caribbean to the Congo, a consciousness takes shape, learning to read reality, to resist it, and to carve out a place for itself within it. On stage, there is almost nothing—and yet everything happens. The light sculpts the spaces, brings flashes of the past to life, and opens breaches in the present. Carried by music with blues and jazz influences and strong Caribbean resonances, the narrative pulses, wavers, and persists.
