Before it becomes text, speech is a celebration. A Senegalese slam poet, poet, and novelist, Patherson juggles words, ideas, and stories to bring unexpected worlds to life. Invited to Les Zébrures to present a reading of *Les Échappées*, he will also give a solo recital. A wonderful opportunity to hear the heartbeat of his writing, set to the rhythm of slam poetry.
