Ferme de la Chomas

Aurélien, Jean-Antoine and Claire are pig farmers at Ferme de la Chomas. Their animals are born on the farm and raised in the open air in compliance with the specifications of Organic Farming.

La ferme de la Chomas regularly offers direct sales of parcels: roast, rouelle, ventrèche, pork chops, sauté, Toulouse sausages, etc. And retail sales: roast, pork chops, Toulouse sausages, chipolatas, herb sausages, plain or chestnut puddings, pork liver terrines, plain or Espelette chilli confit and terrine, sausages, etc. See our facebook page for ordering periods. Pick-ups at the farm are by appointment only.
