Le Rochechouartais

As its name suggests, this pastry can be found in Rochechouart town center, at the Villeneuse bakery-patisserie opposite the church. Made from an almond and hazelnut cream cookie, this cake was created by Monsieur Sadry in the early 20th century, and is now back in the spotlight at this establishment. Whether eaten alone or with friends, one thing's for sure: you're in for a treat!
