Founded in September 2019, our organic nano-brewery was born out of a simple yet committed life project: to produce locally, on a human scale, while respecting the environment and the local area. Located in the heart of the countryside, it embodies a model of sustainable production that now allows our family to make a living from this passion. Each week, we brew about 150 liters of craft beer. Our lineup, consisting of about fifteen recipes, evolves with the seasons, our inspirations, and the people we meet. From classic beers to more original creations, each batch is carefully crafted to offer authenticity, quality, and diversity.

Tour including a tasting of 5 beers as well as various malts, with explanations of the brewing process (from harvesting the barley to bottling).
