Lynn Carr is a mushroom grower. She grows a range of culinary and medicinal mushrooms. She produces a selection of oyster mushrooms, which change with the season, shiitake, hedgehog and reishi. Other interesting mushroom varieties are in the pipeline. She grows her mushrooms on a wood-based substrate, sourced from a local sawmill a few kilometers from the farm. All stages, from the preparation of the mycelium to the harvesting of the mushrooms, are carried out on the farm, enabling us to offer quality mushrooms, free from chemicals and pesticides.
