La Compagnie des Simples

Since 2018, Élodie has taken over the business of Compagnie des Simples, a small aromatic and medicinal plant farm located in Bussière Galant, in the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park. It grows and harvests plants in compliance with the "SIMPLES" specifications, which guarantee production according to the principles of agrobiology, with respect for the earth, fauna, flora and people. Her plants are hand-picked, carefully sorted and dried at low temperatures to preserve their color, flavor and all their virtues. She makes herbal teas, aromatics and syrups, as well as skin-care oils and medicinal balms.
