Ici, nos savoir-faire - Visite Distillerie et miellerie Dandelion

Dandelion Honey Farm was founded in 2016. All of the apiaries are located within the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park. They are managed in accordance with organic farming standards and without transhumance. The bees collect nectar from the surrounding natural and cultivated flora, producing spring blossom honey (plum and wild cherry trees, dandelions), summer blossom honey (predominantly blackberry nectar), and buckwheat honey. The Dandelion distillery is the farm’s second workshop. We are committed to carrying out every step of the production process for our brandies and liqueurs.

Tour of the orchard and explanation of the farm’s practices, followed by a presentation on the different stages of liqueur production. At the end of the tour, a tasting will be offered. Tour duration: 1 hour.
