La Prairie de Mariposa

Mathilde grows around forty edible flowers and aromatic and medicinal plants on a small plot of land near the Saint-Pardoux lake, without pesticides or chemical inputs, with little tillage and respect for biodiversity. She also harvests wild plants in healthy, unspoilt areas.

She has just launched a range of microfoams grown in a cold greenhouse.

You can find her flowers and microfoams on the plates of chefs in several restaurants, or in the creations of pastry chefs and cheesemakers in and around Limoges.

Her infusions can be found at the grocery store in Saint Pardoux-Le-Lac, Razès, the boutique in Les Vaseix and at L'Imaginarium d'Iris in Compreignac.
