restaurant le Casablanca
The opening of Casablanca will delight fans of couscous, tajines and other Moroccan specialties. And Mohamed El Hafidi?s smile adds to the good food. Born in Casablanca, hence the name of his establishment, he enrolled at the hotel school in the country?s economic capital. After three years, he began to travel. He worked in the Netherlands and Italy, where he learned to prepare the specialties that feature on his menu. He also worked at the Halles Centrale. A warm decor, where he pays homage to his hometown. A friendly atmosphere, where human warmth is evident right down to the plate, where couscous, tajines and cosamia whet the appetite.
Everything is cooked and seasoned in-house. And the pastries are homemade.
